Oksana Kolesnikova, a Russian-born American pianist, composer, educator, and entrepreneur, has built an extraordinary career that seamlessly blends artistic talent with business acumen. As the CEO and founder of Oksana Management Group, Inc. (OMG, Inc.), Oksana Franchising International, Inc., and the Oksana Foundation, she has dedicated herself to providing high-quality educational services while making a lasting impact on communities.
Born in Russia and raised in Kazakhstan before immigrating to the United States, Kolesnikova’s journey began with a passion for classical piano. Her exceptional musical abilities led her to Florida State University, where she graduated with honors from the School of Music in 2001. Her career took off when she became the first Russian-American female pianist to entertain U.S. troops overseas, a distinction that highlighted her commitment to using music as a universal bridge.
From 2006 to 2013, Kolesnikova held a distinguished residency performing at The Polo Lounge in The Beverly Hills Hotel, where she captivated audiences with her artistry. However, her entrepreneurial spirit soon led her to expand beyond music performance and into the realm of education. Recognizing the need for accessible, high-quality instruction, she developed a comprehensive music and language curriculum that now serves countless school districts and students.

In 2019, Kolesnikova launched Oksana Franchising International, Inc., offering franchising opportunities that empower educators and entrepreneurs to bring her successful business model to communities nationwide. Her companies provide a diverse range of services, including private music lessons in piano, voice, guitar, and drums, language instruction in Italian, Spanish, and French, and K-12 tutoring programs. Additionally, Oksana Management Group, Inc. offers a variety of after-school enrichment programs designed to enhance students’ academic and artistic development.
Beyond her business ventures, Kolesnikova is deeply committed to philanthropy. In 2020, she established the Oksana Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing underprivileged youth with access to academic support and extracurricular programs. Through this initiative, she continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children who might otherwise lack educational opportunities.
“Oksana’s journey is a testament to perseverance, passion, and purpose,” said Alex Concas, co-founder of OMG, Inc. “She has seamlessly transitioned from a world-class artist to a business leader, creating opportunities for students, educators, and aspiring entrepreneurs alike.”

Kolesnikova’s success is not only reflected in her professional endeavors but also in her personal life. She has been blissfully married since 2000 to her career manager and business partner, with whom she shares a son, Alessandro Concas. Born in 2009, Alessandro has followed in his parents’ entrepreneurial footsteps, carving out his own path as a young business innovator.
Through her businesses, philanthropic efforts, and commitment to education, Oksana Kolesnikova continues to inspire those around her. Her story demonstrates that with talent, determination, and a vision for positive change, it is possible to transform one’s passion into a thriving enterprise that benefits individuals and communities alike.
