Completed this year, the European-style villa features approximately 17,000 square feet of living space in a two-story main house, a 35-seat theater, a gym and a wine room. Another building has an additional 3,000 square feet.
The more than 1-acre property includes a lagoon-style pool with a grotto connected by an underwater swimming tunnel.

He later founded Bad Boy Records and began releasing his own music. He released his own album and launched the Sean John clothing line. The 44-year-old also works as a television producer and actor.
The Grammy winner’s new neighbors include the Playboy Mansion and F1 heiress Petra Excelstone Stunt.
Off-market purchases were made outside of the multiple listing service.
